Latitude Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency providing exceptional service to clients and candidates in the South East of SA.

We are a growing business and are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join us in Western Victoria. You will play a significant role in our Western Victoria business supporting clients and candidates. This role is offered as part time – days/ hours are flexible.

What you need

  • Previous recruitment experience, including strong sales/ business development
  • Great customer service
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a calm professional nature and work under pressure
  • Capacity to work from home independently

About You

  • Highly organised and can multitask and work on multiple recruitment campaigns at once
  • Goal orientated, driven by targets and excited to achieve goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • You have an engaging personality and enjoy interacting with people
  • Love working autonomously – this role will be working from home
