We are a growing business and are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join us in the South West region. You will play a significant role in our South West business supporting clients and candidates. This role is offered as 25 hours a week – days/ hours are flexible.
What you need
- Previous recruitment experience, including strong sales/ business development
- Great customer service
- Strong relationship building skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a calm professional nature and work under pressure
- Capacity to work from home independently

- Highly organised and can multitask and work on multiple recruitment campaigns at once
- Goal orientated, driven by targets and excited to achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal skills
- You have an engaging personality and enjoy interacting with people
- Love working autonomously – this role will be working from home
